Tell us what you want to make

A few specifics in your brief make the first conversation twice as useful. Rough ideas are welcome too; that is where most projects begin.

Your sourcing brief

Tell us the product type, your stage, and roughly what you are trying to achieve. The more context you give, the more specific our first reply can be.

What happens after you hit send

No black hole, no sales sequence. Here is the actual sequence.

  1. 01

    We read it properly

Your brief goes to the sourcing team, and someone reads it with your product category in mind.

  2. 02

    A first conversation

We come back to set up a call or a written exchange, whichever suits you, to understand your goals and constraints.

  3. 03

    An honest assessment

You hear what is realistic: which services fit your stage, what the open questions are, and what a sensible next step looks like.

  4. 04

    You decide

No pressure and no obligation. If we are the right partner, we agree on scope. If not, you leave with a clearer picture anyway.

Before you write to us

I only have an idea, not a finished plan. Is that too early?

Not at all. Many projects start as a product category and a rough ambition. The first conversation helps shape that into something a supplier could actually produce.

What should I put in the brief?

Whatever you have: product type, target customer, quantities you could realistically sell, and any references you like. Missing details are not a problem; filling them in is what the first conversation is for.

Will my idea stay confidential?

We treat what you share as confidential by default. If your situation needs a formal agreement in place first, mention it in your brief and we will sort it out before any detailed discussion.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope and product complexity. We outline how fees work in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.
