From blank page to goods on your shelf, handled

mybeauty covers product selection, supplier vetting, quality control, and delivery. Where you start depends on how far along your brand already is.

Submit your brief

The full scope, stage by stage

Each service stands on its own, but they are designed to connect. Most clients enter wherever their project currently sits: some arrive with only an idea, others with a finished formula looking for the right factory.

  1. 01

    Product selection & definition

Deciding what to make and how it differs, before a single supplier is contacted.

  2. 02

    Supplier screening & audit

Finding manufacturers that can actually produce your product, and ruling out the ones that only claim they can.

  3. 03

    Quality control & production follow-up

Samples approved properly, production watched while it happens, shipments checked before they leave.

  4. 04

    Logistics & delivery

The handover from factory to freight to your door, arranged and tracked by us.

Selection support

Deciding what to make, and how it differs

Plenty of new brands fail not because they picked a bad factory, but because they launched a crowded product with nothing to distinguish it. We work on that problem first.

  1. 01

    Category reading

We map the formats and price bands in your target segment, so you choose with the market in view rather than on a hunch.

  2. 02

    Differentiation angles

Formulation direction, texture, packaging, positioning: we point out where a newcomer can realistically stand apart, and where the ground is already taken.

  3. 03

    Brief building

We translate your choices into a specification a supplier can quote and produce against, which is what everything downstream depends on.

Supplier screening

Screening out the factories you would regret

By the time a supplier reaches your shortlist, the easy disqualifiers are already gone.

  1. 01

    Long list by relevance

Only manufacturers with proven experience in your product type make the first cut.

  2. 02

    Capability verification

Equipment, materials, compliance paperwork, and actual production practice, checked rather than assumed.

  3. 03

Questions a first-time buyer would not know to ask

Track record, capacity constraints, how they handle problems mid-run. We ask because we have heard the answers before.

  4. 04

    A shortlist with reasoning

You get a small set of viable options and a plain explanation of the trade-offs between them. The final call stays yours.

Quality control from sample to shipment

Quality is not inspected into a product at the end. It is protected at four specific moments.

  1. 01

    Reference sample approval

The sample becomes the standard. Nothing proceeds until it matches your specification and you approve it.

  2. 02

    Pre-production confirmation

Materials and specifications are locked with the factory before the line starts, so there is nothing to reinterpret later.

  3. 03

    In-process checks

We inspect while the order runs, when a deviation is still a correction instead of a loss.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment inspection

Finished goods are checked against the approved reference before anything leaves the factory.

Delivery

Getting goods from their factory to your door

Production ending well means little if the goods stall afterward. We arrange the handover from factory to freight, prepare the shipping paperwork, and follow the consignment until it arrives where your business needs it, whether that is your own warehouse or a fulfillment partner.

You get updates in plain language: where things are, what happens next, and what, if anything, needs your decision. By the time the cartons land, logistics should feel like the least dramatic part of your project.

FAQ

Questions we hear before a first project

Short answers here; precise ones in the first conversation.

Do you have minimum order requirements?

Minimums are set by manufacturers, and they vary by product type and formulation. Once we understand your product, we tell you realistically what quantities the suitable suppliers require. Bring your sales expectations to the first conversation and we will sanity-check them together.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the product, how many sampling rounds it needs, and the production queue at the factory. We give a realistic timeline once your brief is defined, and we flag risks to it early rather than late.

What does it cost to work with you?

Pricing depends on scope: which services you need and how complex your product is. We lay out fees transparently in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.

Can you work with my existing supplier?

Often, yes. A common starting point is an audit of the supplier or quality control on a running order. If the collaboration works, it can grow from there.

Do you only handle skincare?

No. We source across beauty categories, including color cosmetics and personal care. If a product falls outside where we can add real value, we will say so plainly rather than take the project anyway.

Not sure where to start?

Describe your idea and stage in the brief. We will tell you which service fits, even if the honest answer is start smaller.
